What is Esoteric astrology?
Esoteric astrology studies the zodiac and their transmission from the soul's perspective: it's a path of soul initiation. It looks at the zodiac from the perspective of the sun instead of the Earth. The Earth represents the personality, the sun represents the soul. That is why esoteric astrology is interested in the energies that come through where the sun is at at any given time of the moon cycle. Astrology that is most commonly studied, on the other hand, is from the perspective of the personality, deepening personal development.
All the soul wisdom, all the soul lessons, all the qualities we think are still missing or have yet to integrate, can be found at the wheel of the zodiac. We keep coming back, we keep reincarnating until we have fully embraced our soul; we keep coming here to play these parts until we realize we ARE whole. The zodiac as a path of soul initiation is about liberation, abundance, oneness and we can learn all this through the archetypal energies each zodiac represents. Observing the different rhythms of nature reconnects us to the Goddess.
